Privacy Policy

How will my child’s personal information and report be stored?

In compliance with GDPR, reports will only be shared with the person(s) who have commissioned and funded the assessment.  You may forward these reports on as you wish, for example to your child’s school, but this will be your responsibility.

If you require a copy of your child’s report in the future, there will be a small administrative charge.

I will only keep personal data for as long as needed.

Paper copies of completed questionnaires and background information will be shredded as soon as the information has been entered into the report.

Any test papers used during assessments will be kept for 12 months and then securely shredded.

I will keep an electronic copy of your child’s password protected report until their 18th birthday, after this time it will be permanently deleted.

I value, listen to and respect every child and young person and ensure the assessment environment is free from discrimination.

I hold an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Certificate.
